SAP Finance Lead - S/4 Public Cloud

Role Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead

Employment Type: Contract/Contract to Hire

Duration: 6 month contract with possible conversion to FTE

Preferred Location: Montreal Canada area, hybrid onsite

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Public Cloud Finance Lead to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. This consultant will lead Finance solution design while partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance and experience supporting complex financial processes within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Finance solution design and implementation activities
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Support complex revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting processes
• Collaborate with Project Systems, Integration, and business process teams
• Participate in solution design workshops and business process discussions
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
• Provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

7+ years of SAP Finance experience

Multiple SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance required

Experience with construction required

Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
