The Role • Be a part of the young person's day-to-day life, supporting them through highs and lows. • Enable young people to regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. • Ensure the staff team is supported and the home operates to high standards, deputising for Team Leaders as needed. • Build strong relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and empathy. • Contribute to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the young people in care. What You'll Need • A compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive attitude. • A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. • Honesty and empathy towards young people and colleagues. • Resilience to handle challenging situations effectively. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Willingness to work towards or already possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
