Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Seismic Content Automation Administrator to help modernize and enhance the organization's LiveDocs ecosystem. This role will focus on migrating existing LiveDocs solutions to a modern Snowflake-powered data platform while improving content automation capabilities. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of client-facing documents and collaborate closely with technology, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Seismic LiveDocs, resolving data-driven content issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement effective content automation solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of existing Seismic LiveDocs from legacy data integrations to a modern Snowflake-based data platform.
Configure, administer, and optimize Seismic LiveDocs templates, forms, variables, and content automation capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts to design and implement scalable content automation solutions.
Validate data mappings and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure accurate and reliable document generation.
Monitor and enhance content automation processes, governance standards, and operational efficiency within the Seismic environment.
Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of LiveDocs and related automation workflows.
Ensure document quality, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering and configuring the Seismic platform, including LiveDocs and content automation workflows.
Experience supporting data-driven content solutions and integrating enterprise data sources with business applications.
Strong experience troubleshooting data mappings, content automation logic, and document generation issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Knowledge of enterprise content management, document automation, and sales enablement platforms.
Familiarity with data integration, governance, and automation best practices.
