Title:  IBM Data Stage with DW and ETL

Location:  Philadelphia, PA (Onsite-Hybrd. Local candidates are highly preferred but will also consider candidates willing to relocate immediately and as long as they are able to join by Day 1)

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $65/hr on W2

Minimum Years of Experience:
⦁ 5-10+ years


Must Have Skills:
⦁ 5–10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development
⦁ IBM DataStage (8.x / 11.x preferred) – strong hands-on experience
⦁ Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) – advanced SQL and PL/SQL
⦁ Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts (EDW, ODS, Data Marts)
⦁ ETL concepts: CDC, incremental loads, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
⦁ Performance tuning for ETL jobs and Oracle queries
⦁ Unix/Linux shell scripting (basic to intermediate)
⦁ Job scheduling tools (Tidal or equivalent)

Nice to Have Skills:
⦁ Healthcare background

Detailed Job Description:
⦁ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize DataStage job performance
⦁ Handle production support issues, reruns, and data reconciliations
⦁ Perform root cause analysis for ETL and data-related issues
⦁ Implement error handling, logging, and restartability in ETL jobs
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to work independently and handle complex data issues
⦁ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
⦁ Production support and ownership mindset
