Salesforce Developer (Agentforce Experience Required)

Location: DFW, TX (Preferred) | Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a long-term project with a focus on Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong history of Salesforce development and architecture experience and has recently expanded their expertise into Agentforce, agentic AI capabilities, and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Build and enhance Agentforce-powered experiences, workflows, and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
• Recent experience with Salesforce Agentforce and agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Application Architect certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce AI, Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, or related intelligent automation capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Salesforce professional who has spent years building and supporting Salesforce solutions and has recently gained hands-on experience implementing Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities within the Salesforce platform.
