Position:  Sr. QA Engineer

Location: Remote

Type:       Contract (W2 Only)

We are looking for a Sr.QA Engineer, the incumbent will participate in operational direction and overall governance of all QA and Testing related assignments as well as test planning and working with a group of dynamic, engaged, and skilled group of Quality Engineers/Developers/Data/Devops etc.

Responsibilities:

·        Build and align work to testing processes defined.

·        Execution of various testing procedures such as functional testing, performance testing, regression testing, Integration testing, sanity & smoke testing for each release cycle of the product.

·        Drive a feedback loop mechanism to ensure best software development practices and other elements that consistently not meet testing criteria is reported back to improve overall quality.

·        Perform analysis of upcoming releases to understand the requirements from the perspective of completion, testability, and ease of understanding.

·        Perform test results analysis, post execution of testing, and provide feedback on areas of improvements in quality.

·        Responsible for providing estimates during sprint activities.

·        Responsible for creating test plans/Automation suites for all the planned released in the area based on organization standards and best practices.

·        Be an advocate of automation, responsible for maintaining the existing test automation framework and improving it on regular basis.

·        Responsible for augmenting automated test cases after every release to maximize the benefits out of test automation.

·        Perform hands-on technical work to keep projects on course.

·        Should be able to closely work with offshore and onshore stake holders to enable the product skills.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

·        10 + Years of QA Experience

·        Expert at the various approaches & techniques used in testing, including Test Automation, API Testing Tools (Postman and RestAssured), Database – SQL Querying and repository maintenance.

·        Framework development experience in tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright and any test automation framework with strong programming skills.

·        Automated test integration with ADO pipeline.

·        Deep technical expertise in implementing industry standard testing methodology and tools.

·        Must be a key contributor for the Quality engineering practices like framework development and maintenance.

·        Must have Programming experience in any one of the languages like JAVA/C#/JavaScript.

·        Experience in implementing testing best practices specific to the test planning and execution processes.

·        Experience with AGILE methodologies and must be a good active participant on agile ceremonies.

·        Experience in planning, tracking, and sprint deliveries.

·        Working experience in ADO managing Test Cases.
