ETL Tester

Role: ETL and AI Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: North Quincy, MA, USA

Required Experience and Technical Skills
• At least 7+ years of experience in ETL testing and automation development,
including a minimum of 2 years of experience applying AI to quality assurance use
cases.
• Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with Python, PySpark
automation, and Databricks, including analytical functions and complex SQL
queries.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic AI agents, multi-agent
systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and regression
testing for AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including the creation,
maintenance, and execution of automation and functional test plans.
• Experience writing test scripts for software platforms, communicating test results,
tracking defects, and participating in day-to-day QA activities.
• Knowledge of test methodologies and experience with associated tools, including
JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile ceremonies.

Domain and Business Knowledge
• Business analysis experience is an advantage, particularly for performing Business
User Acceptance (BUA) testing.
• Experience in the financial services domain is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and related business
requirements is preferred.
