Sr Tech Product Owner

Location: Orlando, Florida (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner/Product Manager to play a key role on our Technology team. This position will be instrumental in owning and driving one or more components of our guest experience. The role involves working closely with internal clients to identify and design digital experiences, managing a backlog, breaking down details for the engineering team, and supporting development and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal clients, end users, product engineering, technology operations, and other product teams.
• Define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the assigned solution.
• Manage the product backlog to achieve strategic direction as defined in the product roadmap.
• Run scrum meetings, prioritize backlogs, manage the roadmap, and engage with stakeholders.
• Support enterprise wide integrations for the SigNet System, the main internal operations application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Supervise all stages of product development, including design, development, and user story creation.
• Serve as the primary communicator between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear goals and alignment with business objectives.
• Report on project status from tools like Jira and Monday.com.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: A senior-level candidate with five or more years of related work experience, or eight or more years of equivalent work experience. Must have strong experience managing and running Scrum Teams and experience acting as a Product Owner or SCRUM Master in Agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira, Agile processes, and Scrum is required. Experience System Integrations and solid understanding of API's is also required

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation industry experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSPO.
• Experience with eCommerce or other customer-facing internet properties.
