Product Owner I

Position Title: Product Owner
Location -Remote
Roles and Responsibilities: The main function of a product owner is to maximize the value of products created by the scrum development team.

A typical product owner will streamline the lifecycle of the product through managing the product backlog. • Analyze and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories • Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order. • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. • Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add customer value at a regular cadence. • Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment). • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 0-3 yrs of experience (prev bus analyst experience a plus.) • Empower

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • Prev bus analyst experience a plus • Azure Dev Ops • Confluence • Excel

Soft Skills: • Written and Verbal Communication • Ability to run meetings • Speak comfortably in front of larger audiences • Data Analytics (identify trends)

Education/Certifications: Bachelor''s or equivalent experience
