Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and system requirements.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that support scale and consistency.
  • Help define and improve functional and technical solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
  • Support process optimization efforts by translating pain points into clear requirements and actionable next steps.
  • Use data and root-cause analysis to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform recommendations.
  • Monitor system and data quality through regular audits to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with global teams to communicate findings, support implementation efforts, and contribute to business readiness.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned functional areas and assist with training or knowledge sharing as needed.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting that supports program visibility and operational effectiveness.
Skills
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and documenting business needs.
  • Background in business process optimization, design, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Experience supporting complex systems, operational workflows, or enterprise applications.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas confidently.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with professional services automation tools, including Certinia/FinancialForce.
  • Background in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system deployments or operational transformation efforts.
  • Comfort creating visual, easy-to-understand solutions and recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Previous experience in a role focused on program management, business analysis, or systems improvement.
