Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce application development, platform customization, system integration, and enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

Required Technical Skills

• Salesforce Development: Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

• Salesforce Configuration: Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, custom metadata, and platform events.

• Salesforce Products: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with additional Salesforce clouds is a plus.

• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Platform Events, and integration with external enterprise systems.

• Security: Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level/object-level security.

• Data Management: Data Loader, data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity.

• Development Tools: Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools.

• DevOps and Testing: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Apex unit testing, debugging, and code quality practices.

• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Jira, and collaborative software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

• Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and support Salesforce development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce configuration, and integrations.

• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, platform architecture, and development standards.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
