Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare

In HR and Talent Management, you'll help attract, develop, and support dedicated team members, partner with leaders across multiple care communities, and foster a collaborative, person-centered culture with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Join Bethesda Health's HR & Talent Management talent community by submitting your resume and introduction for current or future opportunities
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical roles (depending on position)
• Support the delivery of HR services such as employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation (role-dependent)
• Use HRIS/ATS and basic data reporting to help track candidates, employees, and key HR metrics supporting informed decisions
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to understand staffing needs and promote a positive employee experience that supports patient care
• Contribute to initiatives that foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace aligned with Bethesda Health's mission and values
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and communication to better serve leaders, staff, and ultimately patients
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies
