Recruiting Manager

Securitas is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle hiring for security and corporate roles. You will partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs, build sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines. Responsibilities include requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management while ensuring compliance and an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for security and corporate roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across markets
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans
• Manage applicant tracking, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics/reporting
• Ensure compliant hiring practices aligned with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
• Promote Securitas employer brand through career events and digital channels
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Train and guide supervisors on interviewing and selection best practices
• Collaborate with HR on talent planning, retention, and internal mobility
