Recruiting Event Representative - Consumer Lending

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hosting a Career Day in Cockrell Hill, TX, offering opportunities in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations. As a Career Day representative, you will welcome and engage candidates, share information about our short-term credit and installment loan products, and explain our performance-driven, customer-focused culture. You'll pre-screen attendees, collect applications, and coordinate follow-up interviews. Work in a fast-paced, compliant environment with training, incentives, and paths to leadership while helping underbanked consumers access essential financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates attending Career Day to discuss roles in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations
• Explain Community Choice Financial Family of Brands' services, culture, and growth opportunities to prospective applicants
• Pre-screen attendees, collect applications, and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers
• Represent the company professionally while answering questions about job requirements, training, and advancement paths
• Collaborate with HR and branch leaders to identify hiring needs and match candidates to appropriate openings
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and event outcomes
• Support on-site event logistics, including check-in, signage, and information materials
• Promote a performance-driven, compliant, and customer-focused culture to all prospects
