Recruiting Coordinator

Join Addus Family company as Office Support / Recruitment Support and help staff compassionate caregivers who keep patients safe at home. In this mission-driven role, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and recruiting assistance for home care and hospice teams. Responsibilities include posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and orientations, coordinating background checks, and organizing new hire paperwork. You'll maintain accurate HR and compliance records, answer candidate and caregiver questions, and collaborate with branch staff in a fast-paced, service-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office and clerical support to local branch and recruiting team
• Post job openings and update applicant tracking spreadsheets or systems
• Screen applications for completeness and basic qualifications
• Schedule candidate interviews, orientations, and onboarding sessions
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
• Prepare, collect, and track new hire paperwork and digital files
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant records in line with compliance standards
• Respond to candidate and caregiver inquiries by phone and email
• Coordinate with field staff and managers on staffing needs and schedules
• Support special projects and reporting for recruitment and HR operations
