The Role • Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system replacement needs. • Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing. • Access HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements, mechanical areas). • Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements. • Present financing options and system solutions during consultations. • Close sales in a one-call environment. What You'll Need • Experience in outside sales, with a focus on one-call closing in a residential in-home setting. • Preferred experience in skilled trades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows). • Proven sales track record and a competitive spirit. • Ability to work weekends. • Excellent organizational skills and follow-up abilities. • Working knowledge of MS Office Products.
