The Role • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions. • Act as a consultative sales representative, leveraging strong install support and industry-leading warranties. • Utilize company-generated, pre-set warm leads; no cold-calling or canvassing required. • Assess various home environments to recommend appropriate HVAC systems. • Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and present solutions. What You'll Need • Prior residential in-home sales experience. • One-call-close experience is strongly preferred. • HVAC knowledge is preferred. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is a significant plus. • Willingness to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
