HVAC Designer

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HVAC Designer with strong experience in industrial mechanical design to support complex facility projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, industrial HVAC systems, and U.S. Mechanical Codes (IMC), with experience designing for semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
• 4+ years of Revit design experience
• 5+ years of industrial building mechanical/HVAC design
• Strong knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC)
• Experience with semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Ability to produce construction documents and detailed design packages
