, we're looking for 2 experienced, full-time real estate agents who want to increase their production without having to build every part of the business alone. We're intentionally keeping this opportunity limited so we can provide our agents with real leads, hands-on broker support, training, systems, and accountability.

What You'll Have Access ToApproximately 8 Brokerage-Provided Leads Per Month
We actively invest in lead generation so our agents have additional opportunities to work alongside the business they generate themselves. These aren't meant to replace building your own sphere—they're designed to help you create a stronger, more consistent pipeline. That means answering quickly, following up consistently, updating your pipeline, and doing the work required to convert opportunities into clients. A Broker Who Is Actually Involved

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills in lead conversion, buyer consultations, and listing opportunities. Holds an active California real estate license. Has already closed multiple real estate transactions. Is committed to real estate as a full-time career. Is willing to prospect and build their own database.
