Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to stakeholders, supporting data quality, data governance, and data stewardship initiatives while working closely with the MDM team.
Responsibilities include analysing master data, investigating data anomalies, performing root cause analysis, answering business user questions related to customer/master data, and ensuring data flows correctly across business systems.
Candidates should have strong analytics and reporting experience, hands-on SQL skills, and a solid understanding of databases; exposure to Informatica MDM.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite are required.
