Sr. Business Analyst with Insurance Domain - Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

• Act as the primary point of contact for onshore business stakeholders product owners and senior leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement related conflicts proactively
• Lead end-to-end requirements management including analysis documentation validation and signoff
• Translate business needs into BRDs FRDs user stories use cases process flows and data models
• Should have experience in Insurance Domain
• Ensure requirements are clear testable traceable and aligned to business objectives
• Perform gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility assessments
• Support change requests and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives AgileScrum
• Support UAT planning execution defect triage and business signoff
• Ensure alignment between business intent and delivered solution
• Maintain endtoend requirements traceability
• Analyse and optimize existing business processes
• Recommend improvements automation opportunities and best practices
