The Role

• Collaborate with operations leaders to deliver HR programs aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is a strong asset.
