Quality Engineer (QE) with CC Tools & Contact Center Platforms

Role Overview:
As a QE with CC Tools & Contact Center Platforms, you will serve as a vital technical leader responsible for testing, automation, and support of contact center platforms. You’ll leverage your skills in automation testing, telephony tools, and Java to ensure high-quality deployments and system performance. Your insights will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, Agile environment and loves solving complex technical challenges.

Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Contact Center platforms, including relevant tools and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with IVR and routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in automation testing across UI and APIs using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or equivalent
  • Ability to automate agent desktop workflows
  • Strong core Java development skills
  • Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence
  • Experience working within a structured scaled Agile development environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with other telephony or contact center tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and integrations
  • Prior experience supporting contact center maintenance releases and enhancements
  • Certifications in test automation or Agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering, automation, or contact center support
  • Prior experience working with financial institutions or large-scale enterprise environments
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for occasional travel if necessary
  • Strong communication skills suitable for collaborating with cross-functional teams
