LIMS Specialist - SampleManager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SampleManager LIMS Consultant with strong handson experience in LIMS application migration and upgrade projects specifically StarLIMS to SampleManager migration

This is not a StarLIMS development role The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SampleManager and experience understanding an existing StarLIMS environment and supporting its migration to SampleManager

Key Responsibilities

Leadsupport StarLIMS to SampleManager migration activities

Assess existing StarLIMS workflows configurations data interfaces and business processes for migration

Perform sourcetotarget mapping between StarLIMS and SampleManager

Support data migration configuration migration validation and reconciliation

Support SampleManager application installation configuration migration and version upgrades

Participate in migration planning impact assessment testing SITUAT cutover and postgolive support

Coordinate with laboratory SMEs business users technical teams and other stakeholders

Troubleshoot migration and upgraderelated application issues

MustHave Skills

Strong handson experience with SampleManager LIMS

Proven experience in LIMS application migration andor upgrade projects

Experience with StarLIMS to SampleManager migration is highly preferred

Good understanding of StarLIMS application data structures workflows and configurations from a migration perspective

Experience in data mapping migration validation reconciliation and cutover

Experience with SampleManager configuration deployment and upgrade activities

Good SQLdatabase knowledge for migration and data validation

Understanding of laboratory workflows and LIMS integrations

Oil Gas Energy industry experience is preferred
