Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

BNY seeks a Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to lead global stability and performance of mission-critical financial systems. You will own the strategy for infrastructure operations, incident and problem management, and 24/7 support across trading, asset servicing, and digital platforms. Partnering with technology, security, and business leaders, you will drive modernization, cloud and automation initiatives, and regulatory compliance. You will build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering BNY's culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead global production services and infrastructure support strategy for BNY's financial systems and platforms
• Oversee stability, availability, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting trading, asset servicing, and digital banking
• Direct incident, problem, and change management to ensure resilient 24/7 operations
• Drive modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to meet regulatory and cybersecurity standards
• Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing infrastructure and support teams across regions
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to align infrastructure roadmap with firmwide priorities
• Implement metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement for service quality and reliability
• Champion BNY's culture of integrity, innovation, and DEI within production services
