Job Description

AI Project Manager - Marketing & Communications

Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Collaboration: Ireland & New York (EST)

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead multiple AI initiatives from scoping build POC/pilot adoption business value.

Manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, issues & dependencies
Coordinate Business, AI/ML, Engineering, Data, Architecture, QA, Security & Vendors
Partner with Marketing Owners on requirements, KPIs, acceptance criteria & sign-off
Manage data readiness, integrations, architecture & SME dependencies
Ensure Responsible AI, human-in-the-loop, privacy, security, legal & compliance
Lead testing, release readiness, implementation, change management & adoption
Strong executive communication, status reporting & stakeholder management

Required: Strong experience managing complex Technology/Data/Digital/Automation/AI projects, multiple workstreams, distributed teams, AI delivery concepts, KPIs, risks/dependencies and adoption.

Preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum / SAFe certification.
