HR Partner, Finance

Intuitive Surgical seeks an HR Partner to provide strategic human resources support to Finance business leaders and employees in Sunnyvale. The role combines client-facing advisory with project delivery across talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support and consulting to business leaders and HRBLs across large client groups
Lead delivery of recurring HR processes including compensation, performance reviews, talent planning, and succession planning
Coach managers and employees on performance management and navigate complex HR issues
Serve as liaison between business units and Employee Relations/People Services teams to escalate and resolve problems
Monitor HR program performance using data and dashboards; provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
8+ years HR experience in client-facing or HRBP role
8+ years HR/COE experience applying programs to business needs
3+ years experience in global, distributed work environments
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
AI literacy with ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively
Experience supporting Finance, G&A, or Technology client groups preferred
