Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Temporary)

Vir Biotechnology seeks a temporary Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to assigned client groups. The role involves supporting leaders and managers on talent management, performance, organizational change, and employee relations within a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
Serve as trusted HR advisor to assigned client groups on employee matters and policy application
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent needs
Advise managers on performance conversations and feedback practices
Address employee relations issues and escalate complex matters appropriately
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience in biopharma industry
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, and workforce planning
Experience with employee relations and change management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and judgment skills
