Amgen seeks a strategic Human Resources Manager to serve as a business partner at its New Albany, Ohio manufacturing site. The role focuses on aligning talent strategies with business objectives, leading organizational design and change initiatives, and driving workforce effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop organizational design and optimization strategies with business leaders for workforce flexibility
Implement innovation and engagement strategies supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
Support global HR initiatives and manage staffing strategies with site community outreach
Oversee apprenticeship program guidance and collaborate on leadership development programs
Analyze HR metrics and develop targeted talent strategies based on data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of HR Business Partner experience minimum
6+ years progressive strategic HR experience in organizational effectiveness, recruitment, talent development
Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all management levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data reporting tools
