Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance our Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) platform. The engineer will work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and IT teams to develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise marketing solutions built on HCL Unica and related technologies.

This role requires strong Java backend development experience, data integration expertise, SSIS/ETL development skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to support complex enterprise applications that enable large-scale B2B and B2C marketing operations. Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan platforms. Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions supporting marketing workflows. Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies.

Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs. Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospective activities. Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.

Provide on-call support for critical production applications as needed. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
