Application Engineer/Inside Sales - HVAC

GPAC is looking for an Inside Sales/Application Engineer. This position requires experience in the HVAC industry, specifically heating and cooling equipment. Job Summary - Inside Sales/ Application Engineer
Application Engineer/ Inside Sales representing Industry leading plumbing & HVAC manufacturers. Working from our office, you will provide technical support to our customers, including system design, product selection, sizing, pricing and availability.
As a technical plumbing and HVAC product specialist, provide technical support to our clients daily. Requests come in via phone, Email, and Fax.

• Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Experience working in the plumbing or HVAC industry, especially with heating and cooling equipment.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft products.
