Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure Open Banking services that power next-generation financial experiences.

  • Mentor engineers and tech leads, raising the bar through coaching, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
  • Foster a “can-do” culture, showing bias for action, creative thinking, and a refusal to settle for the status quo.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building secure, scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong foundation in secure development practices, including cryptography, encryption, and secure communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in secure coding practices in any of modern languages - Java, C#, Python, Node.js and more. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, especially in fast-paced, high-impact environments like Financial Services with a strong understanding of compliance needs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to tackle increasingly complex challenges.
  • Experience mentoring engineers, conducting technical interviews, and helping build high-performing teams.
