We are looking an SAP (ECC 6.0) Plant Maintenance expert

Job Description:

IT Business Analyst to support Refinery and Logistics Plant Maintenance and Engineering Organizations

Responsible for completing various independent improvement implementations to contribute to the Refinery Business Initiative (RBI) project

o       Lead the implementation and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met

o    Ensure initiatives are executed according to Clients  policies and procedures, including Requirements, Design, and Build, Testing, Training, and Deploy and Sustain

o    Complete or manage configuration and development to implement the solution

o    Partner with third party vendors and/or other teams to facilitate delivery of successful solutions that consider business requirements/process, maintenance, flexibility, and scalability

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities

Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI.

o       Create and enhance KPI dashboards and operational reporting to support maintenance and business performance objectives

Provide support /resolve issues related to Plant Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and Work Management processes

Enhancing and supporting SAP integrations of Plant Maintenance supporting Applications

Participate in other activities and initiatives deemed necessary to support the Business and the IT organization

o    Partner with third party vendors and/or other teams to facilitate delivery of successful solutions that consider business requirements/process, maintenance, flexibility, and scalability

Qualifications:

·                     Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or related area or equivalent experience

·         5+ years business analyst or functional analyst experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Modules, including PM and MM.

·         Knowledge of other SAP integrated modules/partners, including Prometheus, PaSTA, PCMS, MM, WM, FI, CO, PS and BW

·         Minimum 4yrs. practical experience leading teams, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

·         Prior Maintenance or Engineering experience is a plus

·         Previous Mid or Downstream Oil and Gas or Chemical or Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

·         Understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance Configuration

·         Prior experience in integrating SAP with other Applications (customized or SAAS) is highly desired

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency

·         Self-reliant Individual with demonstrated ability to quickly add value to an organization and work independently

·         Demonstrated experience working with Maintenance Management and Business Users across multiple locations and departments, such as Routine Maintenance, Inspections, Reliability, Rotating Equipment, Facilitates, Electrical, Fixed Equipment and Program Maintenance

·         Proven ability to learn new processes/applications quickly

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to discuss issues and initiatives appropriately with all levels of the organization

·         Demonstrated ability to facilitate conflict while working with parties toward acceptable solution which satisfies the spirit of the requirement

·         Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
