Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in migrating SharePoint On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Assess existing SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, metadata, and workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams on migration planning and execution.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and migration requirements.
Support UAT, content validation, defect tracking, and post-migration activities.

Must-Have Skills:
5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
Hands-on project experience with SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration.
Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, content management, permissions, and workflows.
Familiarity with migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest/Metalogix, or SPMT.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Preferred: Experience with Power Automate, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise migration projects.
