Position: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Salesforce
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Duration: 12 Months | W2 Only
Job Description:
Seeking a BSA with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Salesforce/CRM Analytics, and process improvement. Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, improving Salesforce user experience, reports, dashboards, and business processes. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and mockups. Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce developers to implement enhancements, support UAT, and maintain documentation.
