Our client is looking Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant project Menlo Park, CA (Onsite 3days/week) below is the detailed requirements.

Position: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite 3days/week)

Duration: Full Time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 15+ years of experience.
• Candidate should have 8+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM with strong functional depth across most of: Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising (GOP), Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Information Management (PIM), and Planning.
• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle OTM and GTM.
• Should have demonstrated experience with heavily integrated Oracle Fusion landscapes — validating end-to-end flows spanning custom/in-house applications, third-party systems, and Fusion.
• Proven experience defining and reviewing functional validation scenarios for Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle applications.
• Need to be comfort ramping quickly on proprietary, internally built applications with limited external documentation, and reasoning about integration behavior from data flows and business process rather than vendor manuals.
• Need to monitor Oracle Fusion quarterly release testing and patch validation activities to assess the impact of Oracle updates on existing business processes and integrations.
• Should analyse Oracle release notes, identify affected business areas, and develop risk-based regression testing strategies.
• Candidate should validate Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations following Oracle patches and quarterly updates.
• Should have track record operating as an onsite liaison in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
• Should have excellent communication skills; able to explain complex supply chain processes to business and technical audiences, and to challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Must be based in California, US and able to work onsite. 3 days per week from Customer location.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
