Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Support program and project activities through milestone tracking, action-item management, meeting preparation, status reporting, and coordination of risks and dependencies.
2. Research, draft, review, and maintain policies, procedures, memoranda, process documentation, and implementation materials.
3. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, document decisions, and develop executive briefings and communications.
4. Document current- and future-state processes and support training, knowledge transfer, change management, and continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Professional experience in policy analysis, program or project support, business analysis, communications, training development, or a related area; specific years of experience are not specified.
Technical Skills	Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Policy Documentation, Process Mapping, Research and Analysis, Presentation Development, Knowledge Management
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting federal government programs, policy initiatives, or complex enterprise environments, including healthcare or military programs. Experience translating policies, procedures, and program requirements into implementation materials, SOPs, process documentation, and related deliverables.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
