Pay Range:$150,000-$175,000 Per Year
Description
This role involves leading a high-volume carrier-payables function remotely, managing a large team, and overseeing significant financial transactions. 
The Director will develop processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency using advanced data management tools.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the carrier-payables function and manage team leads.
Oversee monthly invoices and carrier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve complex payment discrepancies and support integration processes.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures and workflows.
Present performance metrics and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Seven or more years of experience in carrier payables or financial operations.
Five or more years of people-management experience.
Experience in a high-volume, transaction-intensive insurance environment.
Advanced skills in data management and reconciliation modeling.
