Project Engineer

Project Engineer Leicester Days, Monday to Friday £50,000 - £55,000 We are working with an established engineering business who are looking to appoint a Project Engineer to join their design team. This is a varied role covering design, site work and project delivery, with the successful candidate working closely with customers, manufacturing and senior management. There is also a genuine opportunity to progress into a leadership position as the business continues to grow.

The Role:

Producing detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD<br />Carrying out site visits, surveys and measurements<br />Working directly with customers to develop practical engineering solutions<br />Liaising with manufacturing and fabrication teams to ensure designs are achievable<br />Producing RAMS and supporting projects through to installation<br />Helping improve design processes and systems across the businessThe Person: Strong AutoCAD experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment<br />Good understanding of fabrication and sheet metal work<br />Strong communication and organisational skills<br />Comfortable dealing directly with customers and site teams<br />A hands-on approach with the ambition to progress into a leadership roleBenefits: 30 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 35 days after 5 years<br />Pension<br />Laptop and mobile phone<br />Genuine progression into a leadership positionTo apply, please contact Cameron at CV Technical or send your CV directly
