Job Overview

Vision Square is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow experience to lead ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills combined with hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, implementation, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Coordinate ServiceNow developers, administrators, Business Analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and release activities.
• Manage ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and support change-management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• State Government/Public Sector experience strongly preferred/required based on client requirements.
