Hiring: Technical Program Manager – SAP SCM

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead enterprise SAP technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end SAP SCM project planning and execution
✅ Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project delivery
✅ Drive SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
✅ Oversee project governance, risk management, status reporting, and executive communication
✅ Ensure successful testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support
✅ Improve operational processes and drive system adoption

Required Skills:
✔️ 7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience
✔️ Proven experience delivering SAP Supply Chain projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Management
✔️ Experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, or related SAP SCM modules
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
✔️ Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with Application Operations, DevOps, Middleware, and Security Framework implementations
⭐ Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
⭐ Experience transitioning applications from build to run/operate phases
⭐ Passion for automation, governance, monitoring, and continuous process improvement
