Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Location: ALBANY, NY (Remote)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Business Analysis across at least five BABOK knowledge areas, including:
  • Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
  • Elicitation and Collaboration
  • Requirements Life Cycle Management
  • Strategy Analysis
  • Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
  • Solution Evaluation
• Experience in reading and creating SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases, validating test results, and tracking defects.
• Business analysis experience with one or more PeopleSoft modules, including CRM, HCM, Financials (FIN), and Integration Broker (IB).
• Experience developing solutions that emphasize delivered PeopleSoft functionality to reduce customizations and meet business requirements.
• Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer for functional design, application support, and troubleshooting.
