Job Description
Location: Austin, TX or Nevada City, CA
Responsibilities:
Administer and support a cloud-based Workspace ONE UEM environment.
Configure and manage device enrollment processes, including DEP/ABM and Android Enterprise Zero-Touch Enrollment.
Support IT Manufacturing teams by troubleshooting enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment issues.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in enterprise mobile device management
Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 5,000+ devices.
Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting both wired and wireless networks.
Experience with certificate-based authentication, SSO, identity management, REST APIs, and Azure AD/Active Directory integrations.
