Job Title/Role AI Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager/ TPM with strong functional expertise in AI skills to lead and deliver complex, cross functional programs & end-to-end product ownership.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning AI programs , program management, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, and requirements translation—bridging business needs with engineering delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure predictable delivery of high impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Program & Delivery Management
    •  Own end to end delivery of multiple cross functional programs involving AI programs and integrated enterprise systems.
    •  Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile/Scrum teams.
    •  Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
    •  Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
    Stakeholder & Business Management
    •  Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
    •  Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
    •  Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, status updates, and escalation management.
    •  Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.
    Requirements & Backlog Management
    •  Capture business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    •  Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well groomed backlog.
    •  Ensure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
    Agile & Scrum Execution
    •  Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
    •  Track sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies across teams.
    •  Drive continuous improvement in Agile execution, predictability, and delivery quality.
    Functional AI Skills Leadership
    •  Strong techno functional skills in AI related technologies, skills, and experience
    •  Articulate business requirements, create features, user stories for AI solutions.
    •  AI Product owner expertise with
     
      • Sound experience on AI skills (Agentic), GenAI / LLM workflow automation & agentic workloads
      • Good experience on AI adoption strategy, governance & responsible-AI guardrails
      • Sounf knowledge on RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs & MCP
Skill Requirements
12+ years of experience in AI Product Managemtn / Technical Program Management.
•  functional experience with AI programs & skills
  • Sound experience on AI skills (Agentic), GenAI / LLM workflow automation & agentic workloads
  • Good experience on AI adoption strategy, governance & responsible-AI guardrails
  • Sounf knowledge on RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs & MCP

•  Hands on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
•  Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
•  Experience managing business stakeholders, cross functional teams, and complex dependencies.
•  Strong risk management, problem solving, and decision making skills.
•  Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence without authority.
