Technical Product Owner

Location: Alpharetta, GA – 1 day onsite

Duration: 6-month contract, strong potential to extend (24-month project duration, pending performance)

MOI: Inperson 

Top Skills – Product Owner/BA background, Spec-Driven Development experience, AI (specifically GitHub CoPilot) experience

Ideal Candidate

Adrienne wants someone who leans toward Product Owner / Business Analyst, rather than a traditional Product Manager.

The strongest candidates will have:

• Technical Product Owner and/or strong BA experience with demonstrated ownership of requirements/specifications and successful delivery.
• Spec-Driven Development (SDD) exposure is highly desirable and could significantly differentiate a candidate. LNRS is early in adopting SDD, so Adrienne recognizes that deep experience may be difficult to find.
• GitHub Copilot experience is specifically desired. Exposure to additional AI development tools is a plus.
• Strong ability to create, refine, validate, and manage detailed specifications. Adrienne emphasized that human oversight remains critical when AI is involved.
• Jira experience is helpful, but this person will not own Jira administration, ticket movement, or delivery management. Those responsibilities sit with the Delivery Manager.
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
• Ability to work heavily with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of translating business needs into specifications that technology teams can successfully deliver.

CPQ / pricing / quoting / contracting platform experience is a plus, not a requirement. Adrienne does not want the search unnecessarily narrowed around CPQ.
