Position: IT Sourcing Consultant/ Procurement
Position Type: Contract (Part-time) 20 hrs/week for 8 weeks (160 hrs total)
Work Mode: Hybrid. One day/week ON SITE required
Interview: Video call and onsite.
Location: Henrico, VA
ABOUT THE ROLE
The IT Sourcing Consultant needed to pursue a sole- source licensing and enforcement system. The role requires the ability to work independently on tasks but lead the team to success.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing a sole-sourced procurement process by working with client's cloud solutions and project management office and project management office and with the vendor. This includes ensuring the requirements are understood to negotiate a fair priced contract with clear deliverables.

Required (min 8 yrs in each):
Deep industry experience (within procurement and supplier management) including cloud solutions.
Experience with contract and vendor negotiation
technical writing and requirements gathering

Desired:
Knowledge of public procurement laws
Knowledge of cloud hosted security protocols and requirements.
