Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Java Technical Lead with 12+ years of overall IT experience and at least 6 years of Agile delivery leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Apache Kafka, microservices, and database technologies, along with proven technical leadership and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and Agile delivery management.
• Ability to coordinate teams, guide technical decisions, and drive delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of Agile delivery leadership experience.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days in February.
• Must demonstrate strong hands-on technical expertise alongside delivery leadership.
