Project Manager - Data Projects - NYC or Boston MA

Job Role/Title: Data Project Manager (7–12 years’ experience)

Contract- 12 Months

Location: Boston, New York, or Springfield, MA

Responsibilities

Lead and manage data governance initiatives and ETL pipeline projects end-to-end.

Provide hands-on oversight of data workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.

Facilitate and run Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Ensure timely delivery of data projects while maintaining quality and governance standards.

Required Skills

7–12 years of experience in data project management.

Strong background in data governance and ETL pipeline management.

Hands-on familiarity with data tools and platforms (SQL, ETL frameworks, cloud data platforms).

Proven ability to manage Agile/Scrum teams and deliver complex data projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
