Human Resources Manager

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a leading prepared foods manufacturer, seeks a Plant Human Resources Manager to support our Beaverton, OR facility. This onsite role leads HR for plant operations, partnering with production leadership on staffing, employee relations, performance, and safety-focused culture. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, investigations, and compliance with employment and safety regulations. You'll drive training, engagement, and continuous improvement while supporting our family-founded, collaborative, and high-quality food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with production goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for plant roles.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Administer performance management and support supervisor coaching.
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning for plant staff.
• Maintain HRIS records, HR reporting, and workforce metrics.
• Support compensation, benefits, and leave administration for plant employees.
• Drive culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives at the plant.
• Lead or support HR-related continuous improvement and change management efforts.
