About the Role
EQTY Investments sells premium on-premise and off-premise LED signage and digital billboards to businesses nationwide. We're looking for an experienced outside sales professional to develop new B2B accounts and grow repeat business within an assigned national territory.
Compensation
10% commission on all closed sales — no cap on earnings
6-figure income potential for producers hitting activity targets
Strong repeat/referral business from existing client base

What You'll Do
Identify new business prospects daily
Conduct face-to-face outside sales visits with B2B decision-makers
Present EQTY's LED sign and billboard solutions using provided sales materials
Build and submit proposals using company templates
Coordinate with our engineering and installation teams through project close
Manage a full sales pipeline across a national territory with a flexible schedule

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience, including cold calling and in-person prospecting
Proven track record of self-generated new business (not inbound/retail)
Comfortable working independently on a 1099/commission structure
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory for in-person client visits
Work Structure
This is a remote, self-directed role — you can be based anywhere in the U.S. — but the job is field-based: you'll be making outside visits and phone calls to prospect, not selling from a desk.
